    1. Santander now apparently show you pending transactions in the app and online. Monzo offered this from their launch back in 2015 By this logic, we should be seeing some of Monzo's features from this year replicated by 2023

    This just demonstrates how current banks invest very little in improving their products for customers until they are threatened by others that are offering a better and simpler experience to customers Can't wait to see what 2020 has in store for #Fintech!
