  1. Contacting @Hermesparcels via their chatbot is such a horrible experience. Constant sound pings to update how far you are in the line to talk to someone (every few seconds) and then you have two minutes to answer before they close the chat on you πŸ™„

      In the end, I had to contact @zalando_uk directly after seeing that it was advised to speak to the retailer directly and they sorted out the issue perfectly - Props to their CS team πŸ‘
