  1. Genuine question. For shops that are highly inflating the price of items people currently want. How does this stop people hoarding these items? For the rich the price isn't a barrier at all. All it's doing is stopping people with less money having access to items they need

      If they really wanted to limit panic buying and hoarding items, wouldn't an item limit be enough to ensure everyone can get what they need while making sure there's enough for everyone?
