    1. Absolutely! For folks that don't know - Employees have the legal right to discuss pay if they choose to with their co-workers and colleagues. It is illegal for employers to prevent employees from talking about this @monzo/1300743455476510720

    I had a friend that had their workplace try and prevent them from talking about it. The Equality Act 2010 prevents employers to stop discussions around salaries. The clause is found in Part 5, Chapter 3: Disclosure of Information legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2010/15/part/5/chapter/3/crossheading/disclosure-of-information
