    @financepapi_ I have thought about that as well and it will be a problem for some companies It's going to be hard to balance the two and really they should hire the best person for the job. A lot of people might just assume that the best person for the job is a white man

      @financepapi_ To add, we should really be looking at why certain groups of people are seen as being 'less qualified' than others Addressing the root of the problem is going to be more beneficial than just hiring people to meet a quote
