      @financepapi__ Since I've dealt with this on the other side of things my best advice for everyone is not to trust phone calls as phone numbers can be spoofed easily (the same goes with text messages) and not to click links in text messages or emails.

    @financepapi__ If you get a phone call claiming to be from your bank or another party (e.g. HMRC or the police) just tell them that you'll hang up the phone and call them back via their official number. If the person on the phone refuses to let you do that, they are a scammer
