    1. Unpopular personal opinion - Don't get phone insurance I'd instead put the monthly fee you'd pay for the insurance into a savings account That was how I started my emergency fund and once you have one, there's no need for phone insurance

    👆 Part of this also depends on how accident-prone you are If you've broken/lost your phone several times in a short period of time, then phone insurance makes more sense If you're someone that takes care of their phone then I'd build up an emergency fund up instead
