      @_phzn So it seems they don't have anyone working the live chat either...I've been waiting for someone to join my chat for the last 10 mins to cancel my order They even tried to auto-close the chat if I didn't reply in the next three minutes

        @_phzn Alright, after like 3 hours they finally cancelled the order They also gave me some credit but I'm not sure I even want to use it at this point
