    1. Adding special characters to passwords makes them more secure right? So why do banks like @Metro_Bank not allow this then? Especially for banking! Someone please explain to me?

    On the other hand. The sign up process was very easy and simple. Took about 5-6 minutes to set up (I had all the details needed on hand). Very Monzo like experience 4/5 - usernames shouldn't be needed when we can use our email addresses
