    1. I keep failing at trying to make healthy life choices and always seem to end up back to junk food. Starting today I'm going to make a tweet noting the thing I ate to cheat my diet. First person to reply to that tweet will get £5 from me (via PayPal).

    This should help me try and stick to my diet a bit better since there's a real consequence if I don't now. Not sure how long I'm planning on staying with this system but I though I would try it out to see if it helps. If you don't follow me, now would be a good time to do so 😂
